How do I order at Just2BFit?
Ordering is very easy. When you have chosen the product(s) you would like to order, click the order button to put them in your cart. After you have clicked this button, up right in your screen you can see the product is now in your cart. Next you can open the cart and complete your order by following the steps in the ordering process.
Do you need help or advice about what product to buy? Please let us know! You can call or WhatsApp to +31 6 51 290 026, or send an e-mail to email@example.com. We are available on working days from 09:00 – 19:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 – 16:00.
Note: after you have placed your order you will get a confirmation e-mail. Check your order and adress information. If there is something wrong, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
My products are still in the cart. Did my order go through?
If there is a failure in the process it is possible your cart is still full after ordering. We recommend waiting a few hours. Most of the times the order will come through after all.
As soon as we pack and ship your order you will get an e-mail with a track & trace code. If you haven’t received this e-mail after one working day please contact our customer service.
I don’t have an order confirmation yet, what do I do?
There can be different reasons for this. Have you checked your spam? If you cannot find the confirmation in your inbox, please contact our customer service. We will help you find out what happened.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay by iDeal and credit card.
I get an error during my payment, what do I do?
If you haven’t received an order confirmation, please contact our customer service. It takes up to half an hour before you get the confirmation. If there is a defect at your bank, please check if the amount is withdrawn from your account. If that is the case, your order will come through during the day. If you don’t get a confirmation during the next day, please contact our customer service.
Are the prices including BTW?
Yes all of the displayed prices are including BTW.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are €3,95 per order.
I have placed my order. When do I receive my package?
As soon as your package leaves our distribution center, you will get an e-mail with a track & trace code. Your order will be delivered within 3 working days, or you can pick it up at a DHL service point.
I’m not at home at the scheduled delivery time. What do I do?
If you are not at home during delivery, DHL can deliver the package at your neighbors, a pickup point, or try it again at another time. You will receive a note in your mailbox about this.
My package is ready for me at the pickup point. What do I bring?
To pick up your package you need a valid ID. Always bring some form of ID (drivers license, ID card or passport). Also bring the track & trace code just in case they need it.
My package is damaged. Wat do I do?
We take great care in packaging your order. During the transport damage can happen. We want to fix any problems as soon as we can. Please take pictures of the damage (box, content etc.) and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org also include your order number.
Do I have to pay for my return?
Yes. If you would like to return (part of) your order you can make a shipping label at the shipping partner of your choice. The return costs are not refunded. See the returns page for the return instructions.
I didn’t receive the right product(s). What do I do?
If there is something wrong or you have received the wrong product(s) please contact our customer service. We will provide you with a free return label and make sure you get the right product(s) as soon as possible.
